Because what we can do, your company can do to. Each team has its own heroes; we help find and nurture them. These internal heroes get a lot done because of their own involvement and enthusiasm.
As a company, you really don’t have to train all employees to get the best results. In fact, we know that it is more effective to invest in 5-10% of employees, than everyone with organisation-wide training trying to ‘get along’. The internal heroes, through our program, ensure that colleagues within the organisation will use the IT resources.
The internal heroes know the department culture, work and management style and align with these matters. Specific and often team related questions can be invested with them. And are they coming across hurdles? The program provides support.
The Workspace Heroes program is therefore an effective and cost saving method. With the training and coaching of 1 to 2 employees per department, we create the perfect (and most enjoyable) conditions for successful adoption.
To get a real deepening effect of digitisation more work needs to be done than just learning about ‘IT tools’. Enthusiasm and involvement of employees are actually much more important. The content of the program consists of three main elements: learning together, communicating together and growing together (see page method).
The Workspace Heroes program is a one-year journey and consists of a combination of learning and communication tools. Everything under the guidance of a team of IT consultants and change coaches who support the Workspace Hero with pleasure and in understandable language.
