There are always employees who have affinity with digitisation and embracing change. These internal heroes are also known as Ambassadors, key-users, Power Users, champions, or ninjas. We call them Workspace Heroes. To increase the success and fun among colleagues who are less likely to see it, Workspace Heroes are indispensable.
It is the colleagues where employees can go with questions or problems. By working closely and consulting with the Workspace Heroes, the other employees do not only learn faster, but especially in doing so: on the working floor. Our approach is most effective with 1 Workspace Hero per department.
